How do you calculate a coin’s price at another market cap?
Divide the target market cap by the coin’s circulating supply. For example, a coin with 1 billion tokens at a $10 billion market cap would be $10 per token.
Why use market cap instead of price?
Coins have very different supplies. A token at $0.00001 with 400 trillion tokens can be worth more in total than one at $50 with 10 million tokens. Market cap compares total value.
Does reaching another coin’s market cap mean the price will get there?
No. This is a scale comparison, not a forecast. Reaching a larger market cap needs that much new money to flow in.
